Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery of any Jewellery, Gift or accessory orders.
providing items ordered are in stock at the manufacturer.
We do not usually stock pre-made dresses and your purchases will be
made to order.
Should there be a delay with delivery, we will notify you as soon as
possible. You will be advised an expected delivery date or if the product is
no longer available. In the event that your product is lost or damaged in
transit, please contact us immediately by email. In the case of non-delivery
please wait 7 days from the date of despatch in case it has simply been
delayed.
We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is
possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but
in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any
loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any
data you provide when accessing or ordering.
We are very careful to thoroughly check items before they are
despatched to you, however, if you receive an item you did not order or if
the item is defective or damaged we will replace it with an identical item.
No other reason for returning goods except the above is considered.
The item should be returned to the company address within 7 days of it beingreceived.
All of the labels or tags should be attached and the item must be
returned with the original packaging. After 7 days we will no longer be
responsible and the item will not be taken back.
Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000,
you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days , in writing, without
giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. A refund will be given to
you within 30 days of the cancellation. ( Your statutory rights are not
affected).
